Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the total; the balance is paid on arrival. The price includes utilities, bed linen and towels unless otherwise stated on the listing.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 3pm to 8pm, check-out by 10am. For late arrivals tell the agency: we'll explain what to do.

Deposit

A deposit is required on arrival and returned at departure after the property check.

Cancellation

Up to 30 days before arrival the deposit is refunded; after that it is kept in whole or part depending on the dates. We recommend travel insurance.

House rules

Respect the maximum number of guests indicated and quiet after 11pm. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
